Several Quick Updates -- Wife's raise

While not in affect yet, have learned some additional information.

- Healthcare contributions will increase
- Union dues will increase

Can't hardly wait for this raise to go into affect. I do not have precise details as to how much these costs will increase, but I can't hardly wait to see.
