Incompetence

Dedicated to PennDOT (Pennsylvania Department of Transportation). Snow/Ice storm Tuesday and Wednesday. Interstates shutdown for 20+ hours.

The first plow came through my neighborhood Saturday at 2am. It did nothing. There is no asphalt to be seen any where in my neighborhood, and it's been almost 1 week since the storm.
